A Targeted Group Business (TG) is a certified small business that is majority owned (at least 51%) by a woman, person with extensive physical disabilities, a veteran, or a member of a specific minority group who provides goods, products, or services within purchasing categories. As well as ownership, the business needs to be operated on a day to day basis and long term by the owner as well.
